Actually, Furry Rhinos (AKA Hairy Rhinos) existed in
Ice Age times, maybe 30,000 years ago (when you needed a fur coat), and lived right here
in North America (next to Mastodons, and Saber-toothed cats). While our rhino is not
a direct descendent of these, he is probably more lovable.

Distributed
from Ceylon through India, S. China, and East Indies to the Philippines. Body about 60cm,
tail just a bit shorter. They are fond of palm juice and "toddy" collected by
the natives which explains the popular name: "Toddy".

Not your typical "slimy"
garden slug, but furry, smiling companions in a variety of sizes, and colors (OK, so
"Banana Slugs" only come in "banana"). "Have you slugged
someone today?"
| Our kittens are a bit different (you were expecting that).
Designed to lie on their backs and have their tummies rubbed, ears scratched, etc.
OK, so maybe that's not all that different from real cats. |
