Elaine Isaak is the founder and creative genius behind Curious Characters. Elaine is also a poet, author, and adventuress. Her publication credits include: The worlds of Fantasy (the e-zine), Ship of Fools, Conscience, The Northern New England Review. (As well as the 'Old Forest Stories' and 'Tales from the Village', in Curious Times, the newsletter of Curious Characters.)
Elaine is an Alumni of the Rhode Island School of Design and the Odyssey science fiction/fantasy workshop. She is a past president of the Artworks entrepreneur group and co-founder of 'Poets Unbound'. Elaine received the "Best Presentation" Award at Arisia, for this costume.
